When I heard on the news this morning, that for the first time in 100 years, tiger populations are increasing, I thought we are capable of turning things around.

On one side, we can thank the governments of Russia, India, Nepal and Bhutan for their commitment to zero poaching and eliminating the demand for tiger products. On the other side, we have Cambodia announcing its tiger population is now extinct and China turning tigers into commodities.

Still, the good guys are winning this one.

I’ve had difficult days, weeks, even years. The tiger represents strength, persistence, grace and courage. Just what we need to turn things around.
